SureFlow Supreme
SureFlow Supreme diffusion media is designed for use as the final filter in the supply air system of low velocity paint spray booths. To protect high quality finishes, SureFlow media forms a highly effective barrier against dirt, rust, scale, or other particles. The media also serves as an air distribution baffle for uniform distribution of airflow through the booth.
SureFlow media is a nominal 1” thick mat of dense, tightly bonded polyester fibers. The media is treated with a fire retardant and a non-migrating tackifier. Along with a woven scrim backing, the tackifier prevents captured particulate from migrating through the filter, and onto freshly painted surfaces.
SureFlow media is available as cut pads or rolls in widths up to 85”. SureFlow Supreme ring panel filters are also available. These filters consist of a galvanized wire ring heat sealed between a layer of SureFlow Supreme media and a layer of high loft polyester media.
