AmerSorb MCP filters offer high efficiency odor removal with the convenience of a disposable filter. The filters consist of a galvanized metal frame, containing multiple panels of adsorbent pleated media packs in a V-bank configuration. AmerSorb CSC bonded to a fibrous medium is sealed and pleated to maximize surface area. This bonding process allows greater carbon capacity for increased odor removal efficiency. When the chemical filtration media is spent, simply dispose of the entire filter.

In addition to activated carbon media, media especially developed for control of caustic and acid gases are available. Adsorbents include: activated carbon for general ventilation, impregnated carbon for elimination of caustic contaminants, and impregnated carbon for elimination of acid contaminants.
