“Rainbow” MICROMAT FILTER MEDIA- RMM40F5 is a disposable media that has been tested in accordance with AS 1324 and has a Minimum efficiency of 25% to No.1 Test Dust and an average efficiency of 40 to 60% thus giving this media a true F5 rating.

This media is a Clean, Hygienic and safe to handle. It is non-allergenic and has non-friable fibres and gives you the performance you specify all the time, every time.

RMM40F5’s dust holding is high for this type of media and gives a very good service life when used in our Extended Surface Bag Type Filters, such as our Maxi Wedge or Multi Wedge Filters.

“Rainbow Filters” are pleased to be able to supply this media in a variety of standard widths for your convenience. You do not have to buy a two metre wide roll which is difficult to handle and can give considerable waste.

  • 610mm wide x 30 metres
  • 510mm wide x 30 metres

TECHNICAL DATA

Availability:

The media is 17mm nominal thickness and the product is available in the widths as indicated on the front of this pamphlet. The media is clearly marked on the clean air side with the classification and model number.

Performance:

Tests have been carried out in a N.A.T.A certified laboratory on a flat pad of media at a velocity of 0.5m/s.

Fire Resistance: Low flame response

At rated flow of 0.5m/s: 22 pascals
