AAF's Knock-On Conversion Latches allow installation of all combinations of AAF filters in AAF's Stainless and Aluminzed Steel UHF's or in other manufacturers’ filter holding frames. Each latch is annealed to music wire specifications after forming, and commercially zinc plated to provide years of service under varying environmental conditions. They are specifically designed for upstream or downstream servicing. The latches are replaceable and easy to use, requiring only a simple twisting motion to release the filter. Double latches allow prefilters to be changed without distrubing the final filter.
Latches for specific use with aluminized or stainless steel frames in high temperature applications are available.
