Encasing 25% more DuraFlex than its PerfectPleat counterpart, the perimeter frame of the 2" PerfectPleat HC is constructed from the highest wet-strength 28 pt. beverage carrier board available. The 28 pt. thickness improves filter strength and helps resist damage. Three support straps and three sets of uniquely designed pleat stabilizers ensure integrity against turbulent airflow and provide excellent lateral stability for installation in side-access systems.
PerfectPleat HC filters are designed for industrial and commercial applications having light to medium dust loading conditions. They provide significantly higher efficiency than disposable panel filters, permanent filters or media pads in metal frames. The 2” PerfectPleat HC is recommended for applications where a more durable, moisture resistant filter is needed than typical pleated filters.
