A filter media with a multi-purpose application field
Description
Synfasan® U15 - U50 is a on the clean-air side compressed, with polyester tangle fleeces media (separation efficiency G2 - G4 according to DIN EN 779). Synfasan® is used as coarse dust media in the sector of preliminary filtration, as media placed in flat position or as Z-line media inside a plastic alternate frame. On request, these tangle fleeces are equipped with synthetic fibre grid fabric added on the clean-air side. For avoidance of bonding agent and for protection of the environment it is also available as heathardened media.
Synfasan C2 - C5G are synthetic fibre fleeces with different levels of compression on the clean-air side for application fields up to filter class F5 (DIN EN 779). C3 standard type is additionally equipped with a protective fleece on the clean-air side.
C5 and C5G moreover have an adhesive added for better dust adhesion. In addition, C5G is given more stability by means of a grid fabric and is mainly used as ceiling filter in paint shops.
